This summit centers on the theme of "Overseas Chinese Promoting Development - Gathering Intelligence to Seek New Situation", aiming to build a platform for elites from all walks of life at home and abroad to have dialogues and exchanges, negotiate and cooperate and seek common development, promote talents, technology, economic and trade negotiations and cooperation and investment attraction, share the new opportunities for development, and compose a new chapter for cooperation in innovation and entrepreneurship.

       Project Information: Blood stores all kinds of information about human health, and blood index analysis is required for the detection of many diseases. When whole blood is used for molecular diagnosis, many components in the blood, such as red blood cells, fats, proteins, etc., have an interfering and inhibiting effect on PCR amplification, which can cause false negatives. Therefore, blood samples need to be pre-treated, especially the red blood cells should be specifically treated.

       This project is the first miniature blood pre-treatment system, which can well solve the multiple problems in reality, it can quickly and efficiently remove the red blood cells and most of the fat, protein and other components in the sample, so that the blood treated by this system can be directly on the machine for PCR amplification. The whole pretreatment process takes only 2 minutes, which can make it specifically adsorb red blood cells and remove many inhibitory factors that inhibit PCR reaction in blood through the preloaded polymer suspension in the reagent chamber. The final clear liquid is centrifuged into a collection tube and can be used directly for molecular biology assays.
