The Saliva Genomic DNA Extraction Kit can be used to extract gDNA from saliva samples contaning bacteria and oral epithelial cells. Saliva samples were first lysed, and proteins and other impurities were then removed through wash steps, and finally pure genomic DNA was obtained. The purified DNA can be directly used for PCR analysis.
