Product Description:
After the enzyme is modified by ligands, the ligands inhibit the activity of polymerase before high temperature heating, thus inhibiting the non-specific amplification caused by the nonspecific annealing of primers or primer dimers under low temperature conditions. It can be widely used in various specific PCR reactions, and is more resistant to blood derived inhibitors and other inhibitory components than Taq DNA polymerase. In the presence of Mn2+ , it shows stronger reverse transcriptional activity and can be used for single tube one-step RT-PCR reaction.
