This product integrates functions such as semi quantitative collection, room temperature storage, homogeneous lysis, filtration and purification. No pre-treatment is required for stool samples, simply place the integrated tube in the workstation to achieve "sample in, DNA out".

NucliART-BAC was used to extract different stool samples, and the extracted stool DNA was of high quality.
Two stool samples A and B were stored in the NucliART Collection Tube for 1, 3, 5, and 7 days, respectively. Genomic DNA was extracted with NucliART- BAC and sequenced for 16s.The results showed that the microbain abundance in NucliART Collection Tube was stable and did not change with time, and the extracted genomic DNA is of high quality.
